I would highly recommend Mhel, he is fantastic. I have extremely difficult hair that nobody from here to WhiteRock could colour and cut properly, and he nails it every time. I am a redhead and he gets my hair beautiful blonde without the orange, and the cut is always perfect!!! Highly recommend him!!!
